The Alby is led by Sebastian Seitel, whose career spans over two decades in creating environments that deliver memorable, lasting experiences.
Based in Hong Kong, Sebastian spent nearly a decade in a senior corporate role with Rosewood Hotel Group, shaping branded residences and hospitality projects across Asia and Europe.
Earlier in his career, he held senior operational roles with Hyatt properties across Greater China — grounding him in the realities of delivering world-class service and community-building on the ground.
Our team blends real estate, hospitality and social-impact expertise with the insight of world-class therapists. Together, we design communities that are financially sustainable, culturally relevant, and deeply human — enhancing quality of life for the 60+ demographic while setting a new benchmark for ageing well.
